First steps

  1. You'll receive a welcome email from Landler (within 2 days). Look around the platform, and use the guidelines below to add your team members

  2. You'll meet for 60-minutes with the Landler customer success team who will guide you through the dashboard results

  3. We want to make sure our dashboard helps you meet your goals! This is why your customer success person will determine a check-in meeting frequency with you during your 60-minutes initial call

  4. If you are unsure how to purchase Natural Capital Units or to report/account for the Nature Equity Assets that you purchased/own, please reach out to your customer success person.
